Nigel Charles is a talented Welsh songwriter who has recently returned to Wales after many years living in Europe. He has performed all over Europe sometimes solo and sometimes with his band Mid Life Crisis. He has been compared to Cat Stevens and Al Stewart, and his songs are a diverse mixture of observation and experience. He is also a renowned surrealist painter and this sometimes surfaces in his music.
